Marketing Specialist - Real Estate Marketing

About the Role

Position Overview EXR is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help build one of New York City's premier real estate marketing service. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that works closely with developers, ownership groups, leasing teams, and vendors to ensure every project is presented at the highest level. You will become a key person who represents the marketing team, keeps projects moving, builds relationships, and helps create an exceptional experience for our clients. You will learn the business from the ground up while playing an important role in the growth of both our marketing division and the EXR brand. What You'll Be Part Of • Working directly with developers and ownership groups • Helping build a best-in-class real estate marketing service • Supporting the launch of new multifamily developments throughout NYC • Representing the EXR brand with professionalism and enthusiasm • Collaborating with creative partners, vendors, and internal teams • Using AI and modern technology to improve marketing operations • Contributing ideas that improve processes and the client experience Key Responsibilities • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams • Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple development projects • Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward • Coordinate branding, creative assets, events, signage, and promotional materials • Support the growth of EXR's brand, website, social media presence, and public relations efforts • Identify opportunities to improve how marketing operates • Learn and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity Who We're Looking For • Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with clients • Highly organized with excellent follow-through • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Natural relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with people • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail• Comfortable learning new technology and AI tools • Excited to grow into a leadership role as the company expands Growth Opportunity This position is intended to grow into a leadership role.
